At KinboBro, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal information.
If you have a KinboBro account and would like to delete it, you can request account deletion at any time.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your KinboBro account, please contact our customer support team with the email address associated with your account.

Please include “Account Deletion Request” in the subject line.
We may ask you to provide basic information to verify that you are the account owner before processing the request.
What Happens After Deletion?
Once your account deletion request is verified:
- Your KinboBro customer account will be deleted.
- Personal information associated with your account will be removed where applicable.
- Your saved account information and profile details will no longer be accessible.
- If you have used Facebook Login, we will no longer use your Facebook account to access your KinboBro account.
Some information may be retained where required by law, for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, or other legitimate business purposes.
Facebook Login
If you created or accessed your KinboBro account using Facebook Login, deleting your KinboBro account will remove your KinboBro account information as described above.
You can also manage or remove KinboBro's access to your Facebook account through your Facebook account settings.
Processing Time
We will process verified account deletion requests within a reasonable period and will contact you if additional information is required.
